1. Do you provide OEM and ODM services?

Yes. VoltCrave is a professional manufacturer specializing in energy storage products. We have a complete R&D team and production lines, and we can provide full OEM/ODM services from exterior design and circuit development to private label branding according to customer requirements.
2. How long does an ODM project usually take?
โ
Depending on project complexity, the process from concept design to sample delivery usually takes 4โ8 weeks. We assign a dedicated project manager to each project to ensure efficient communication and on-time delivery.
3. What international certifications do your products have?

Our products comply with major global safety standards and have obtained CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3, MSDS, UL and other certifications. Our factory has also passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
4. What is the MOQ for OEM/ODM projects?
โ
MOQ depends on the specific product. In general, portable power stations start from 100โ500 units, and home energy storage systems start from 50โ100 sets. For deeply customized ODM projects, we will recommend the most suitable MOQ based on R&D investment and mold costs.
5. What type of battery cells do you use, and what is the lifespan?
โ
We use brand-new Grade A LiFePO4 cells. Main suppliers include BYD, CATL, EVE, REPT and other leading cell brands. Cell cycle life is usually 4,000โ6,000+ cycles at 80% DOD, and some models can reach over 8,000 cycles. We can also customize solutions with alternative Grade A cell brands according to your budget and project requirements.
6. What are the core technical advantages of your BMS system?

We mainly use BMS solutions from JBD, JK, DALY and PACE. JBD provides high-precision current detection and zero-spark safety technology, IoT connectivity and dual protection. JK supports active balancing up to 2A, high-precision sampling, mainstream inverter protocols and low-temperature heating. DALY provides intelligent active balancing, low-heat design and multiple protections. PACE supports fast balancing, accurate SOC management and lightweight wireless BMS solutions.
7. How do you handle after-sales service and technical support?

We provide 3-year, 5-year or 10-year warranty options depending on the product. For global customers, we provide 24-hour online technical support and can establish local spare parts warehouses or authorized repair centers depending on the cooperation scale.
8. Batteries are dangerous goods. How do you handle logistics?

We have complete dangerous goods transportation qualifications, including UN38.3, MSDS, sea freight and air freight test reports. We work with professional dangerous goods logistics companies for long-term cooperation and support DDP, CIF, FOB and other trade terms to ensure safe and compliant global delivery.
9. What is your production capacity and OEM workflow?

We have a 30,000ใก modern factory equipped with 15 semi-automatic production lines, with annual production capacity reaching 2GWh+. The OEM workflow includes requirement confirmation, solution design, sample production, customer confirmation, pilot testing, mass production, strict quality inspection and on-time shipment. Every stage follows strict SOP standards.
10. Do you support on-site factory visits or third-party audits?

Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our factory in person. We also accept on-site audits by SGS, TUV, Intertek and other third-party organizations. We maintain complete quality management records and supplier traceability systems to support strict supplier qualification audits.
11. How do your products ensure compatibility with different inverters?

Our R&D team has completed communication protocol matching with more than 30 mainstream inverter brands, including Victron, Growatt, GoodWe, Deye and others. Products can include DIP switches or software menus, allowing users to switch communication protocols easily for plug-and-play system integration.
12. Are you a China Customs whitelist enterprise, and what are the export benefits?

Yes. We are a China Customs whitelist enterprise. This means our products enjoy a very low inspection rate, priority customs clearance and simplified document review during export. For overseas customers, this helps ensure faster customs clearance, more stable delivery and lower unexpected logistics costs.
13. What shipping methods do you support? Do you provide DDP service?

We provide diversified logistics solutions, including sea freight LCL/FCL, air freight, China-Europe railway transport and international express. For major markets such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia, we provide mature DDP service with customs clearance and tax included, allowing customers to receive goods directly at the warehouse without complex import procedures. We also support FOB, CIF, EXW and other trade terms.
14. Do you have localized custom R&D experience for different markets?

Yes. We have strong localized custom R&D experience. For example, for markets in Southeast Asia with frequent power outages, we optimized battery charge-discharge logic and fast charging efficiency. For cold climates in Northern Europe, we developed battery packs with automatic heating. For the North American market, we completed high-standard safety designs such as UL9540A-level requirements. Our R&D team can provide deep customization from hardware structure to software algorithms according to local grid environments, climate conditions and certification requirements.
